Welcome to ProTouch X. By booking or receiving services from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
By booking a service with ProTouch X, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Scope

All detailing services are performed by trained professionals using certified waterless cleaning products designed to be environmentally friendly and safe for vehicle surfaces.

Services include exterior and/or interior detailing as outlined in your booking confirmation. Service availability may vary based on location and vehicle condition.
2. Bookings & Scheduling
-
Bookings must be made in advance via our website, mobile platform, or through an authorized ProTouch X representative.

You agree to have your vehicle legally parked in a safe, accessible location at the time of service (e.g., driveways, office parking lots, EV charging stations).

You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and contact details.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

If canceled late or if the vehicle is inaccessible at the time of service, a call-out fee may apply or prepayment may be forfeited.

ProTouch X may reschedule or cancel services due to unsafe conditions, inclement weather, or restricted access.
4. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon service completion, unless prepaid online.

We accept major credit/debit cards, mobile payment apps, and authorized digital wallets.

Gratuity is optional and appreciated for excellent service.
5. Service Limitations & Liability

While we use scratch-safe microfiber techniques, ProTouch X is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage including dents, swirl marks, or fragile paint.

Damage caused by worn or degraded trim, mirrors, or accessories.

Loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle.

We do not offer paint correction or body repair services.
6. Insurance & Independent Contractors

All services are performed by insured independent contractors trained and vetted by ProTouch X.

ProTouch X holds General Liability Insurance, which does not include Garage Keepers Legal Liability (as vehicles are not stored, driven, or taken into custody).

Vehicles remain parked and stationary during the service.
7. Refusal of Service
ProTouch X reserves the right to refuse or cancel service if:

The vehicle is excessively soiled (e.g., mold, biohazards, pet waste).

The vehicle is illegally parked or in an unsafe location.
-
The technician deems the site to pose a health or safety risk.
-
Environmental conditions (e.g., wind, rain) make service unsafe or ineffective.
8. Damage Claims
-
Any service-related damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of the completed service, including supporting photographs.

We will investigate all claims in good faith. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.

Our technicians document the vehicle condition before and after service to ensure transparency and accountability.
9. Photo Documentation

For quality control and transparency, ProTouch X may take photos of your vehicle before and after service.

These images are stored securely and may be used for internal training, damage verification, or marketing (with identifying details removed).

By booking a service, you consent to this process unless otherwise stated in writing.
10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (name, email, location, payment details) is used solely to provide service and support.

We do not sell or share customer data with third parties, except as required by law or payment processors.
